At The Style Cove, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines how you can request a return and receive a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

    • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Items on sale or clearance may have different return terms; please check the product page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

    • Mention your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and send it to the provided return address.

  4. Returns are at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the style cove wallet within 2 business days.

  • Refund amount will exclude shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You can place a new order for the desired item and return the previous item per our return process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

  • Use a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
